The project is being constructed in Woking Town Centre, Surrey and comprises the construction of ten multi-storey mixed-use buildings and six town houses. The mixed-use buildings are used for accommodation purposes and include 450 apartments, along with ten retail units, an office block and a resident’s only gym. Grady Joinery manufactured and installed over 700 upvc windows and doors on this project.

This development consists of 15 High specification townhouses, 5 mews houses, 17 affordable units, a nursey school and a site wide basement situated in the suburban area of North Kensington.
Grady Joinery is fabricating 400 aluminium windows and doors for this projects which is currently on going.

As part of the refurbishment of the Killarney Town Hall, Grady Joinery manufactured and replacement the timber sliding sash windows to retain the traditional look of this prestigious building.

Grady Joinery surveyed the property and discussed the project in detail with the clients. We than proceeded to design and manufacture the sliding sash windows to the exacted replication of the old windows to suit the buildings appearance and meet planning requirements as the Killarney Town Hall is a listed building. In total 30 traditional weight and cord operating sliding sash windows with astragal bars were manufactured and installed in the building.

Working in partnership with a building contractor, Grady Joinery designed and manufactured replica timber sliding sash windows for this prominent building in Tubbercurry, Co Sligo.

Grady Joinery surveyed the property, designed and manufactured the windows and the building contractor installed the windows on site.

The Capital Investment Initiative supported by Enterprise Ireland and European Union Regional Development fund has supported an investment into new equipment giving Grady Window Manufacture a competitive edge.

We invested in new manufacturing equipment including a 5 axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine which is manufacturing components that were previously made on three machines, allowing more flexibility, accuracy, increased output and improved speed of assembly of doors and door frames.
this CNC machine enables us to offer an enhanced door range can utilise the company’s existing sales channels and capture additional higher value sales from existing and new customers.

The support was also extended to a Single Side Edge bander machine which enables us to meet the increased focus on door security and fire safety, particularly in the UK market.

With the equipment and flexibility facilitated by the equipment purchased we can also support iincreasing door heights to over 2.44m (8ft) which is popular in many high end developments. This is critical for achieving sales in shared entrance scenarios and in markets beyond the UK and Ireland where higher doors are more common.

A new ItalPresse was also installed that enables faster cycle times and increased output to compliment the equipment above.
